1. Start at the library in Adobe Sign
2. Choose "workflows", search the word "except" to bring up the OAA workflow, select the workflow and select "start"
3. Add the required recipients and change the document name.
4. Select "send" (as shown above) and the form will open for you to fill (see below). Fill the form as directed and sign. The form will be routed to your Chair, Dean, and then back to the OAA.
