Log into AdobeSign and select "Start from library"
Next, follow these 4 steps:
1. Select "Workflows"
2. Search "OAA" or "FERP"
3. Select OAA - FERP Request from the list of Workflows
4. Select "Start"
Fill in the appropriate email addresses, and adjust the document name to include your last and first name within the Document Name title section.
Select "Start"
Don't worry about adding your payroll tech; that step has been removed for the form filler.
Fill in your form as directed and sign. Once completed it will be forwarded onto your Chair, your Dean and then the Provost for completion.
