Interfolio Range Elevation Tutorial

1. You will receive an email from Interfolio when your range elevation case has been activated. 

2. Choose "Sign in with Partner Institution."

3. Search "east" to bring up CSUEB.

4. Log in with your usual netID and password.

4. Choose the CSUEB option.

5. You will land on your home page; make sure you are in "Your Packets" and select the "Packet" Tab as shown below. 

6. Once you are in your Packets tab, you will see where you can add all of your documents to your range elevation packet.

7. By selecting "Add" you will have the opportunity to add documents to your sections, either from your desktop or from your library (this tutorial, also linked at the top of this page explains the library function of Interfolio). 

8. Once you have added all documents to your packet, you will see that the requirements are filled. You preview your packet at any time by selecting "preview Packet" in the upper right corner. 

DO NOT SUBMIT until you are 100% ready to do so; your sections will lock once submitted and you will no longer be able to edit them. Please refer to this tutorial that contains general Interfolio information. 

9. Once you have submitted all sections, the packet will be reviewed by the Department Committee, the Department Chair, the College Dean and the Provost.

10. You will be notified of available review documents via emails from Interfolio; please check your spam folders. To submit a rebuttal, please follow this tutorial.
